During the pilot implementation in one of the key divisions of GAZPROM, using DataCAD, the process of managing investment projects was implemented, which was previously carried out on the basis of Excel and Oracle Forms. Huge Excel tables measuring tens of megabytes in size were transferred to a working environment created in DataCAD, in which the work scenario of an investment project coordinator was reproduced. The implementation clearly showed that using DataCAD it is possible to replace such widely used tools as Excel and Oracle Forms with complex logic of internal connections.

A system for monitoring the performance of bank employees has been implemented. Each department in the system sets an own KPI by which employees are compared. The system automatically downloads data from dozens of different sources within the bank, builds individual work profiles for each employee and controls: their work schedule in the office and remotely, timely completion of work assignments, compliance with established work criteria, and much more. As a result of the implementation, it was possible to significantly increase the objectivity of assessments of the work of all divisions of the bank, down to each individual employee.

An automated risk management system was implemented for one of the largest logistics companies belonging to the Russian Railways group. Using the capabilities implemented in the system, the risk coordinator quickly builds risk trees and quickly adds new scenarios and countermeasures. The system independently monitors the occurrence of various risk scenarios, automatically downloading data from connected sources, and informing interested management. Compared to working in Excel, the customer received significant time savings and improved the quality and effectiveness of their work.

A digital twin of several dozen oil and gas production fields has been implemented, which is a digital copy of more than 10 thousand different technological devices connected by an end-to-end technical process. The place of implementation is one of the biggest subsidiaries of Gasprom Neft (Gazprom Neft is the oil part of GAZPROM). Bringing together disparate workplaces of specialists into a one united controlled process, automatic forecasting of accidents on oil production equipment, what-if analysis, solving optimization tasks - this is just an incomplete list of implementation results and, as a total result, increased controllability of production and reduced costs.
